No setup fee and no lock-in. You pay one month in advance, and the first 14 days are a trial: cancel within them and the advance is returned in full. After that you can stop at the end of any billing period.
Yes. You can pause for up to three months at a quarter of your plan. Your data stays, your website stays up, and only staff logins pause. Most agencies pause after Ramadan and restart before the next season.
Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, or cheque for yearly plans. Renewal invoices go out seven days ahead. After expiry there are seven days of grace, then logins pause. Nothing is ever deleted for late payment.
It stays yours. Ask and we will export your pilgrims, bookings, payments and accounts in a readable form, at no charge. Records are kept for 90 days after a subscription ends, so a decision made in a difficult month can be reversed.
